Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Standard Shipping
Eastern Half of Contiguous United States (5 to 8 business days)
Western Half of Contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories (10 to 14 business days)

Standard shipping orders are processed in our warehouse facilities within 2 business days. These orders are delivered by the United States Postal Service. Standard can be used for any destination including PO/APO/FPO addresses. You’ll need to put a shipping zip code in to checkout to determine actual delivery times.

UPS 2-day (2 business days)
Deliverable within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. territory.

Place your order before 2:45 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday-Friday, we will process your order and arrange for UPS to pick it up that same day. UPS will then deliver your order within 2 business days after pick up.

If you place your order after the 2:45 p.m. deadline or on a non-business day, we will process it and ship it on the next business day. For instance, Sunday orders are processed and shipped on Monday and should be delivered on Wednesday.

Exceptions:
UPS does not pick up or delivery on US holidays and your order may be delayed due to a holiday. This will be noted when you checkout and in your order status online.

How To Ship To Military Addresses
For shipping purposes, all U.S. military personnel are considered in the United States, regardless of where they are stationed. Because of this, there are certain special guidelines to follow when filling out a military delivery address.

For City, Enter either APO (for Army Post Office) or FPO (for Fleet Post Office).

For State, Select AA (Armed Forces Americas), AE (Armed Forces Europe, Middle East), or AP (Armed Forces Pacific).

Enter the zip code provided by the military.
For Country, select United States regardless of where the recipient is stationed.

Because of military guidelines, we have to ship your order via the United States Postal Service


International/Canadian Shipping Methods
All international deliveries must pass through customs, which might affect your delivery date. Any government or regional taxes or duties are your responsibility and are not included in the shipping charges.

Postal Service Air (1 to 4 weeks)
Postal service air orders are processed in our warehouse facilities within 2 business days. These orders are then delivered within 1 to 4 weeks, allowing time to clear customs.

Postal Service Express (4 to 7 business days) Postal service express orders are processed and picked up for delivery as soon as possible. You should receive your order within 4 to 7 business days, allowing time to clear customs.

FedEx Priority (1-3 business days)
Place your order before 2:45 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday-Friday, we will process your order and arrange for pick up that same day. You should receive your order within 1 to 3 business days, allowing time to clear customs.

Exceptions:
FedEx does not pick up or delivery on holidays and your order may be delayed due to a US holiday. This will be noted when you checkout and in your order status online.

Additional Shipping Information/Requirements
DivineFantasy.net requires a signature for all orders totaling more than $250.

UPS requires a signature if your order includes an item priced $100 or higher and when you are reshipped an item or an order.

Backorder Items Shipping
If one of your items is backordered, it will be shipped separately on a later date via standard shipping. We cannot ship free or backordered items by express mail. This is noted in your Order Status online. We will not charge you extra to ship a backordered item and if you choose an express option and none of your items in your order shipped that method, we will refund you the difference immediately.

Can I track my order?

Can I track my order?
If you selected one of our express delivery options such as UPS 2-Day, then you can check its status on Where is My Order? page and track your order as it leaves our warehouse facilities makes its way to your door.

If you selected Standard Shipping, you can track your package with the ups tracking number from the order page. 


We have multiple distributors so your order may come separately depending on availability of items at a given distributor. You do not pay additional shipping if your order has to ship from more than one warehouse.

We accept payment by Cashiers Checks, Money Orders, Company Checks, and Wire Transfers. Cashiers checks may be verified with the issuing bank. Company checks & personal checks must clear our bank before merchandise is shipped. Please make checks payable to S & M Products. For Wire Transfer instructions please send email request to lblanks@Devinefantasy.com or call us at 1-573-436-1266. Please allow 2 weeks for checks to clear.

We also accept payment by all major credit cards; Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card. We prefer to ship your order to the credit card billing address. Shipping addresses other than the credit card billing address may be rejected and/or will delay shipment.

Customers with P.O. Box and APO address must call first, and know that you can pay by wire transfer, USA money order or certified check only.

 All our items are brand new, factory sealed, and include all the manufacturers; original packaging, included accessories and warranty.

Refunds & Returns

No Refunds. Exchanges only accepted within 30 days from receiving your order and according to listed guidelines.
S & M Products offers a 30 day exchange policy for defective items only (for the identical model) provided the following guidelines are followed:
1.     All merchandise must be returned in original manufacturers packaging, including instruction manuals, blank warranty cards and copy of customer sales invoice.
2.     All supplied manufacturers accessories are included in original factory packaging.
3.     All returns must be double boxed and accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please contact our customer service division at 1-573-436-1266 for your RA number.

Please place the RA number on the box being returned. All returns that do not have RA numbers on them will not be accepted.

Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
